In this training, we’ll explore how self-compassion can transform the way we relate to anger—both in ourselves and in those we serve. Rather than seeing anger as a “problem to solve,” we’ll consider it a valuable messenger with something to teach us. Drawing from evidence-based therapeutic approaches including CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based practices, we’ll examine how difficult emotions like anger can be met with curiosity, courage, and care.

Simulated Session: This course includes a simulated session between Lydia Ogden and a client who is struggling with episodes of intense anger (played by an actor).
